You already know the benefits of using Fish Oil and that it can help prevent heart disease and boost brainpower. Another great benefit is that Fish Oil (Omega 3 source)
helps to burn fat.

A study by the University of Missouri that was publish in the University's Journal of Exercise Physiology, revealed that Fish Oil intake before your meals increases the fat burning process during exercise.

Obviously this will lead to a greater weight loss. I have covered how much Fish Oil would be optimal.

In the study the group took eight Fish Oil capsules during the day. Two at breakfast, three at lunch, and also dinner.

The capsules contained 300mg of EPA and 200mg of DHA, Fatty acids that are active in Fish Oil. A good Fish Oil to use is Carlson's Fish Oil.

Take three teaspoons each day.
