Fish Oil-A Fish Oil Story

Fish Oil-A Fish Oil Story

By Bryon Zirker

Fish Oil is very beneficial

Fact-More Americans are obese today than at any other time in history. Mainstream medicine has missed the cause of obesity and tells you that cutting calories and eating less fat helps lose weight. So Americans eat less fat and still get fat. Hmmmmmm!

Fish Oil helps you lose weight.

Insulin regulates weight fat storage and weight gain, not saturated fats. Low fat foods are actually high in carbs and will raise your blood sugar, triggering insulin in excess amounts which means more fat.

A hormone that is critical in weight loss-weight gain is Leptin This little guy tells the brain the energy available and how/where to use it. It says you are full. It signals when to stop eating and when to burn fat. Low energy levels trigger leptin into action and it tells the brain we are hungry so you will start eating.

Fish Oil can assist with this process.

With diabetes and obesity, leptin and insulin's role is nothing new. However leptins message can be cut off and not reach the brain. Foods like high fructose corn syrup can do this. Insulin can become ineffective by having it spike and flood the bloodstream.

This all leads to uncontrollable weight gain from overeating. Remember to eat less carbs, eat foods that score low on the glycemic index. Supplement with Fish Oil. Use cod liver oil for best results.

A study by a leading University in Canada revealed when supplementing with Fish Oil it helped the body to gain more sensitivity to leptin.
