There is a clear link to today’s three biggest killers of people: Cancer, diabetes and heart disease. The winner is-high sugar consumption. A type of sugar that is very pervasive among packaged drink and food products is high fructose corn syrup.

Studies published in Diabetes Medical Journal male subjects that were healthy used a high fructose diet for six straight days. At the end the subjects triglyceride levels had doubled. High triglyceride levels raise the risk of heart disease.

Researchers then served the subjects Fish Oil in the amount of 7.2 Grams per day along with the high fructose intake and the triglycerides rise was slashed in half.

This does not mean that you eat whatever and chase it with Fish Oil. The study shows more evidence of the benefits of using Fish Oil in your daily health regimen. A good brand to consider is Carlson’s, to be had online or most health food
